Dear Festival of Books Exhibitor,

We the Festival Committee Members are excited to have you involved, and we’re sure you’ll be impressed with the upcoming event.  We’re proud to feature workshops, a panel discussion, our keynote speaker, great food for purchase, and the chance to mix, chat, and kibbutz with other bibliophiles: authors, publishers, editors, and our many, many attendees!

2024 Pricing

• 6’ table, $65 one publisher, editor, business, or author. 
• 8’ table, $80 one exhibitor. Add $25 for a second exhibitor. 
  The additional Exhibitor name can be listed in publication, but their $25 table fee must be paid with the original application, not added later. 
• Full payment required upon approved registration. 
• Deadline for inclusion in the printed tabloid: Thursday, August 29 @ 4:00 PM.
• No Registration refunds after September 5, 2024.

Payment must be cleared no later than Friday, September 1st at 4:00 PM to secure your reservation. Additional information including your reserved booth number will be forthcoming.

“Swag Bag” Option!

This year the FFoB is offering to stuff a “swag bag” for our exhibitors’ items!  You are welcome to provide paper items 8.5X11” or smaller — or pens, keychains, letter openers, etc.  Items must be delivered to the FEC no later than 13 September 2024.  Your advertising/ promotional items will be loaded into the tote bags prior to the festival and provided free at the door to all attendees. The cost to you for participating in the Swag Bag program is $10, payable with your booth fee.
